We'r delighted to have you with us and want to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the following information.
Check- In & Check-Out
Check-In: From 14h00 (2pm)
Check-Out: By 10h00 (10am)
We kindly ask guests to observe our checkout time to allow our housekeeping team sufficient time to prepare the units for arriving guests.
For a late chekout, please contact management on 073 118 5455 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Quiet Houers and visitors
Amberdale Estate is in a quiet area and noise travels easily as some units are close together.
Please be mindful of noise levels after 19h00 (7pm) and
silence after 22h00 (10pm) till 07h00(7am).
For safety and peace we ask the guests have no visitors after 22h00 (10pm).
Housekeeping
Daily room servicing is available for your convenience. If you do not wish to have your room serviced during your stay, please inform management in advance.
Smart TV & Entertainment
All units are equipped with Smart TVs for your enjoyment.
We have a Netflix subscription for your convenience.
You are welcome to sign in to any other streaming services using your own accounts.
Please remember to sign out before departure.
Laudry Service
We offer a laundry service for all our guests. To arrange collection and pricing, please contact management.
Wi-Fi Access
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughoout the property.
If you experience any issues connecting, please submit a maintenance request or contact management.
Login details can be found in each unit on a photo frame.
Secure Parking
We offer on-site parking for all guests.
While we take some precaution, guests park at their own risk.
If there is any trucks bigger than 14ton, we do have parking space it will just be at a different entrance, we will direct driver on checkin.
Water Supply
We are completely off-grid for our water supple, which comes from a series of boreholes.
Our water is tested and 100% safe for drinking.
Pleae use water responsibly and report and leaks or issues.
Solar Power & Electricity
Amberdale Estate operates a solar power system that supplies most of our electricity needs.
This helps ensure uninterrupted comfort during load shedding and power interruptions.
Please help us conserve electricity where possible.
Septic Tank System
We are not connected to the municipal sewage system and use septic tanks.
Please do not flush anything other than biedogradable waste and toilet paper.
No wet wipes, sanitary products or any foreign materials in the toilets.
